The legal entity name, registered address, registration details and grievance officer must be added before commercial launch. 2. Services and confirmation Your trek page, departure details, itemised price and written confirmation describe the purchased services. Sample routes, dates and illustrative photographs are not confirmed offers. A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified and availability is confirmed. Do not arrange non-refundable travel based on a pending reservation. 3. Prices and payments Prices are in Indian rupees. Review the full amount and optional services before paying. Payments use the configured payment provider; we do not store card details. Reservations normally hold seats for 20 minutes. A late successful payment that cannot be allocated to seats is flagged for staff review and a resolution or refund. Additional services require your agreement. 4. Participants Provide accurate contact, participant and emergency details and obtain permission before sharing another person's information. Review fitness and equipment requirements and tell the operations team about relevant needs. Follow reasonable guide instructions and local environmental rules. Online booking is limited to adults; enquire separately for younger travellers. 5. Mountain conditions Weather, trail conditions, official restrictions and emergencies may require changes. We will communicate material changes and discuss alternatives or refunds. This does not exclude rights provided by applicable law. Verified emergency arrangements, guides and meeting instructions must be communicated before departure. 6. Nepal journeys Confirm nationality-specific entry requirements, permits, local operator arrangements, insurance coverage and additional costs in writing. Nepal routes in this preview are enquiry-only and do not assure permit or visa eligibility. Cross-border terms require professional review before live bookings. 7. Complaints and rights Read the cancellation policy alongside these terms. Contact us with your reference for a complaint or change request. Proposed service standard: acknowledgement within 48 hours and resolution within one month, subject to applicable requirements. A named grievance contact must be published before launch. These terms do not waive statutory consumer protections or impose a blanket exclusion of liability. Statutory forums and remedies remain available.
